Levain goes to bed at dusk and the first loaves hit the counter at 7 am sharp. Saturdays we add doughnuts — they rarely last past ten.

Custom cakes and celebration bakes — order five days ahead. Wholesale baskets for local cafés leave the ovens on Tuesdays and Fridays.
